User Accounts

For Customers

• Agree to receive service-related communications

For Farmers

• Must provide accurate farm and business information
• Responsible for maintaining current product listings
• Must comply with applicable agricultural and food safety regulations
• Required to respond to customer inquiries promptly

Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting farm products or practices
• Posting false or misleading information
• Harassing other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to manipulate platform features

Content Guidelines

Liability and Disputes

• Farmer's Stand is not responsible for transactions between users
• Users agree to resolve disputes directly with each other
• We may assist in dispute resolution but are not obligated to do so
• Users release Farmer's Stand from claims related to user interactions
